Democracy in the Crosshairs:  Project 2025

All UUFA members and friends are invited to attend every third Sunday through the election from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in the AWE Room or via Zoom. (Forum will continue on third Sundays following the election with different topics.)

This Forum will continue to explore the potential impact of Project 2025.  During the Sept. 15 participatory event hosted by Steve Lize, attendees will learn about what policies are proposed and be asked to share thoughts on the potential impact on American democracy, representative government, and civil rights. In particular, how Project 2025 promotes the dismantling of federal agencies intended to protect the climate, promote gender equality and provide services to those most in need will be examined at this Forum.

To access this event via Zoom, visit the UUFA calendar or the event in Realm/Connect. Not Connected? Contact the office 706-546-7914, ext 5.
