The purpose of this multiplatform meeting will be to vote on the settled minister candidate–Rev. Dr. M. Pippin Whitaker.

from the UUFA Bylaws:
The congregation shall call a Minister upon approval of at least ninety percent (90%) majority of the Voting Members of the Fellowship present in a Special Meeting called for this purpose.
Forty percent (40%) of the Voting Members shall constitute a quorum for such a meeting.
Voting by absentee ballot will be permitted.
