Coming of Age in This Place and Time

We are a work in progress and revelation is unfolding. What we believed twenty years ago, or ten, may no longer serve to guide and ground us today. Yet, our UU faith has deep roots to nurture our continued growth. You are invited into a journey of UU history, covenantal practices, theology, and more in a 15-session engaged and interactive adult coming of age program.

Teach-In–Some Like It Hot: Climate Change And Global Conflict

All are invited to a teach-in that focuses on the effects of climate change on global conflict. This event, sponsored by the UUFA Peace Advocacy Team along with the Earth Ministry Team and Food Justice Team will be held on Saturday, April 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Religious Exploration for Children & Youth

This Sunday, April 21st at 10:30 AM, join UUFA as we continue to explore our monthly theme of Interdependence through a special Flipped Service! What is a flipped service? This means that after the Time for All Ages story, the children and youth in the congregation will be invited to stay in the sanctuary, and the adults will be invited to leave for RE! SUUSI This Summer!

Registration for the Southeast UU Summer Institute (SUUSI) opens on Monday April 15, with early bird pricing through May 1! All are invited to attend SUUSI (Southeast Unitarian Universalist Summer Institute) this summer be at Radford University, in beautiful Radford, VA, July 21-27.

Opening Reception For “The Three Graces”

The opening reception is on April 28th, 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm. All are invited! The show will run through June 23.
